Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
As the items are perishable we do not offer a refund. Parcelforce does not insure perishable goods.
Delivery information - We use Parcelforce so send our parcels. During this time a signature will not be required and the parcel will be left. -
As part of the NSR agreement once the item is left, the responsibility of PFW in terms of Loss or damage Is removed that is why customers cannot claim for NSR shipment once they have been delivered
No Guarantee: All Live Shellfish are packed whole and live to order for next day delivery to our clients' addresses in mainland UK. However, we cannot promise that the shellfish will arrive live and/or delivery will be made the next day, as this is outside of our control. When you place an order for fresh and cooked seafood you agree that you do so entirely at your own risk.
The boxes are in refridgerated vehicles from Skye to Inverness, before distributed in vans accross the country. We use polystrene boxes with gel ice packs to keep the items cool. During hot times the gel packs will melt and there will be water in the box. All shellfish should be washed when received and refridgerated.
You will receive an email or text from Parcelforce once they have your order.
If the carrier needs to return the parcel too us then a refund will not be issued.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All products must be returned in the condition they left our premises. If parcels are not accepted by the customers and the courier delivers them back then again the goods must be in the good condition and not spoiled.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
